Early detection is the most important factor in successful treatment. As your General Practitioner, we provide low-threshold assessments for anyone worried about lumps, changing moles, or unexplained symptoms. You do not need a referral to see us—we are your first point of contact.
We perform clinical examinations and take necessary samples (blood, tissue, or smears) right here at the clinic. If we suspect a serious condition, we trigger the “Standardized Patient Pathway” (Pakkeforløp for kreft) to ensure you are seen by a hospital specialist within days.
You should check your own skin regularly. If you notice a mole changing shape, color, or starting to bleed, book an appointment with us immediately for a dermoscopic examination.
No. Our role is diagnostic. We identify the problem and ensure you get sent to the right cancer specialist (Oncologist) at the hospital immediately for treatment.
For blood tests and cell samples, it typically takes 3-5 business days. If the clinical exam shows clear signs of alarm, we send the referral to the hospital the same day.
